Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 25, 2026

At KRS AV, we are committed to providing professional audiovisual integration and installation services. Due to the custom nature of our work, the following refund policy applies.

Deposits

Project deposits may be required before scheduling, equipment ordering, or beginning work.

Deposits are generally non-refundable once:

  • equipment has been ordered,

  • project planning has begun,

  • or installation work has been scheduled.

Equipment & Special Orders

Special order, custom, or client-approved equipment may not be eligible for refund or return.

Any approved returns are subject to supplier policies and potential restocking fees.

Service Refunds

Refunds for completed labor or installation services are not provided once work has been performed.

If an issue related to workmanship arises, KRS AV will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

Project Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

If a project is canceled after equipment has been purchased or work has begun, the client may be responsible for:

  • ordered equipment,

  • completed labor,

  • scheduling costs,

  • and any applicable cancellation fees.

Warranty & Support

Warranty coverage for equipment is subject to manufacturer warranty terms.

KRS AV may provide limited workmanship warranty support depending on the project agreement.
